Day 1: Foundation & Alignment

Confirm what exists, align on what ships, extract boarding answers
  • Confirm platform state with Will. Get access to Mastery OS admin for Align360 clone. Verify: chat working, tool execution working, which stacks already loaded, what's missing.
    Jason P0
  • Extract & organize Samuel's boarding answers from March 5 transcript into structured doc: onboarding flow, tool descriptions, B3 model, persona details, resource list.
    Jason P0
  • Verify System Prompt v6.1 is loaded in the live Mastery OS instance. If not, provide to Will for loading.
    Will P0
  • Verify Knowledge File Part 1 (Stacks 1-15) loaded into platform. These are the active launch stacks.
    Will P0
  • Share this roadmap with Will. Align on day-by-day plan. Adjust if he flags blockers or different priorities.
    Both P0
Dependency: Everything else in this sprint depends on confirming the platform state and getting prompt/knowledge files loaded. This is Day 1 because it unblocks every other day.

Day 2: Wiring for Impact (The Wedge)

Build the lead magnet funnel + onboarding gate. This is THE asset.
  • Build Wiring for Impact standalone page. 10-question assessment in card format (like the Brian JV partner flow). Align360 branded. Collect email to gate results. This is the lead magnet AND onboarding step 1.
    Jason P0
  • Extract Wiring for Impact questions from Stack 1. The 10-question adaptive assessment from Knowledge File Part 1. Map the 7 Redemptive Gifts scoring matrix. Determine which questions can be hardcoded vs need AI adaptation.
    Jason P0
  • Wire results delivery. On completion: show top 1-2 Redemptive Gifts with description. CTA: "Unlock your full profile - sign up for Align360." Email capture gates the detailed report.
    Jason P0
  • Test Stack 1 in platform chat. Run through the Wiring for Impact tool via the Mastery OS chat interface. Verify: questions generate correctly, scoring works, output components render (Gift Profile Card, growth map, etc).
    Will P0
  • Publish lead magnet page. Via NowPage to a strategic subdomain (e.g., wiring.align360.com or align360.asapai.net/wiring). Include tracking pixel for conversions.
    Jason P1
Why this day matters: Samuel specifically said Wiring for Impact should be completed BEFORE general access. It's both the gateway drug and the onboarding requirement. Per March 5 transcript: "We settled on wanting to have users do that when they sign up. And also using that as a lead magnet funnel."
11TUE

Day 3: Onboarding Flow + Tool Descriptions

Netflix-style card onboarding, tool info popups, gating logic
  • Build onboarding questionnaire. Samuel's onboarding questions (from governance doc tab 13): name, DOB, preferred name, personal info. Card-based UI, gamified feel, strategic questions around "what's urgent" and "where's the dissonance."
    Jason P0
  • Wire onboarding into platform. After Wiring for Impact completion + account creation, user hits onboarding flow. Answers stored for AI personalization. Connect to Mastery OS user profile system.
    Will P0
  • Create tool description popups. Per March 5 transcript: each tool needs an info box popup with description, estimated time, what you'll get. Write copy for all 7 Phase 0 tools + 8 Phase 1 tools using Stack definitions.
    Jason P1
  • Implement tool gating. Phase 2-4 tools show as locked/coming soon. Only Phase 0 (DesignSuite) + Phase 1 (Career Navigator) accessible. Phase 1 optionally gated behind Phase 0 completion.
    Will P1
  • Test remaining Phase 0 tools (Stacks 2-7). Run through each in platform chat. Verify tool activation, question flow, output rendering. Flag any that need prompt adjustments.
    Will P1
Dependency: Onboarding flow requires Wiring for Impact (Day 2) to be working. Tool descriptions require Stack definitions to be loaded (Day 1). Tool gating is a platform config, not code.
12WED

Day 4: Resources + B3 Integration

Load resource library, integrate B3 partnership tool, populate experiences
  • Load resource library. Per March 5 transcript: videos, documents, books, partner content, links to Samuel's books. Upload to Mastery OS resources module. Organize by phase.
    Will P1
  • Follow up with Samuel on resources. He committed to delivering videos and documents before launch. Confirm what's available now vs what's coming.
    Will P1
  • Integrate B3 nervous system regulation tool. One prompt in DesignSuite module. Danielle's framework as a workflow. Revenue model: 50/50 on B3 tool usage, 10-15% affiliate on other tools via B3 referrals.
    Will P1
  • Create B3 landing page. For Danielle's community to sign up through. Affiliate tracking link. Samuel + Danielle branding. Per March 5 transcript: they want a landing page for the B3 partnership.
    Jason P2
  • Set up experiences module. At minimum: one guided experience per Phase 0 tool. Multi-step learning paths with "Deep Study with AI" integration (following FreedomLife pattern).
    Will P2
Note: B3 integration is not a launch blocker but Samuel is pushing for it. If Danielle's framework doc isn't ready, defer to post-sprint. Resources can be sparse at launch and grow. Focus on having SOMETHING in each module rather than completeness.

Day 5: Phase 1 Stacks + Payment

Test Career Navigator tools, configure Stripe, set pricing tiers
  • Test Phase 1 tools (Stacks 8-15). Career Assessment, Resume Analyzer, Job Finder, Skills Gap, Market Insights, Interview Prep, Salary Calculator, LinkedIn Optimization. Run through each in chat. Verify cross-phase data bridge (Phase 0 results informing Phase 1).
    Will P0
  • Configure Stripe subscription tiers. OPTIMIZED: $178/year ($14.83/mo). FULL STACK: $298/year ($24.83/mo). Individual tools: $9-49/mo. Founder circle pricing (discounted for alpha users).
    Will P0
  • Wire payment flow. Free tier: Wiring for Impact only (lead magnet). Paid: full Phase 0 + Phase 1 access. Credit system for per-use pricing alongside subscriptions.
    Will P0
  • Build alpha user validation page. Per March 6 transcript: "Create validation page for 5 alpha users." Special founder pricing, direct feedback channel, early access framing.
    Jason P1
Critical path: Payment must work before alpha launch. If Stripe isn't ready, launch with a "request access" flow and manual onboarding for the first 5. Don't let payment block alpha testing.
14FRI

Day 6: Integration Testing + Content Machine

End-to-end user journey testing, content for attention
  • Full end-to-end user journey test. New user lands on lead magnet → completes Wiring for Impact → signs up → onboarding questionnaire → enters platform → runs a Phase 0 tool → tries Phase 1 tool → checks resources. Both Jason and Will run through independently.
    Both P0
  • Fix critical bugs from testing. Anything that breaks the core user journey gets fixed today. Non-critical polish deferred to post-sprint.
    Both P0
  • Build Samuel playbook for outreach. Cold outreach template (like the Rick Meeks playbook) but for Samuel's network. Take one framework, make it a shareable playbook page. CTA: "See what a full version looks like."
    Jason P1
  • Content pieces for launch. At minimum: 1 short video/demo, 1 walkthrough of Wiring for Impact, 1 "what is Align360" explainer. Use Jug for avatar content if Samuel video not available.
    Both P1
Decision point: After Day 6 testing, make the go/no-go call. If core journey works (even imperfectly), launch to alpha. If fundamentally broken, use Day 7-8 to fix. Don't launch broken.
15SAT

Day 7: Polish + Alpha Prep

Final polish, alpha user onboarding prep, contingency buffer
  • Fix remaining bugs from Day 6 testing. Priority: anything that blocks the first-time user experience.
    Both P0
  • Prepare alpha user onboarding emails. Welcome email, how to access, what to expect, feedback form link. Personal touch - these are Samuel's people.
    Jason P1
  • Set up feedback channel. Simple: Slack channel, Google Form, or embedded feedback widget. Alpha users need a way to report issues and share wins.
    Both P1
  • Update command center. Refresh the live dashboard (command-center.html) with current state: what shipped, what's deferred, known issues, next priorities post-sprint.
    Jason P2
  • Confirm Samuel's community launch plan. Per March 4 transcript: "He's got partners lined up, communities to launch with." Coordinate timing with Samuel + B3/Danielle for alpha wave.
    Will P1
16SUN

Day 8: LAUNCH - Alpha Goes Live

Ship to 5 alpha users. Breathe. Go on spring break.
  • Send alpha invitations. 5 users from Samuel's community. Personal invites with Wiring for Impact link as entry point. Founder pricing applied.
    Will P0
  • Monitor first user sessions. Watch for: login issues, tool activation failures, confusing UX, prompt errors. Have Slack open for real-time fixes.
    Both P0
  • Document post-sprint priorities. What got deferred, what alpha feedback reveals, what needs building for Phase 2 expansion. Update memory files for Claude Code continuity.
    Jason P1
  • Set Will up to handle alpha support during spring break. Will handles platform issues, Samuel handles content/coaching questions, Jason available for critical only.
    Both P1
Success criteria for alpha: 5 users can (1) complete Wiring for Impact, (2) enter the platform, (3) run at least one additional Phase 0 tool, (4) find resources. That's it. Everything else is gravy.

Stack Chunking Strategy

CHUNK 1 - THIS SPRINT

Phase 0: DesignSuite

  • 1. Wiring for Impact (LEAD MAGNET)
  • 2. Orientation for Impact
  • 3. Rejection Gift Finder
  • 4. Decision Simulation Lab
  • 5. Impact Pathways & Skill Builder
  • 6. Job & Market Trends Intel
  • 7. Family Mechanics Simulator
CHUNKS 3-5 - FUTURE

Phases 2-4

  • Phase 2: Integrate360 (7 tools)
  • Phase 3: 627 Figures (6 tools)
  • Phase 4: LegacyLab (7 tools)
  • 21 tools total, gated as "Coming Soon"

Risk Register

Will at SXSW next week. May have limited availability for platform work. Mitigation: Front-load Will's platform tasks to Day 1-3. Jason handles content/pages independently.
Samuel's resources not delivered yet. Videos, documents, books promised but not confirmed. Mitigation: Launch with placeholder resources. "More content coming soon" is acceptable for alpha.
B3/Danielle framework details unclear. Partnership model agreed but tool spec not finalized. Mitigation: Defer B3 tool to post-alpha. Not a launch blocker.
Mr. JC/Mr. Bunny persona doc pending. Samuel was going to create 1-2 page persona document. Mitigation: Launch with "Align360 Guide" as persona name. Swap when Samuel delivers.
Payment/Stripe configuration time. If payment setup takes longer than expected. Mitigation: Launch alpha with free access + "billing coming soon." Manual billing for alpha is fine for 5 users.
Cross-session memory (StoryBank) not persistent. Session memory works but cross-session doesn't. Mitigation: Acknowledged limitation. Session-level StoryBank is sufficient for alpha. Cross-session is a retention feature, not a launch feature.

Explicitly Deferred (Post-Sprint)

LLM Context Block

This roadmap governs the Align360 alpha launch sprint from March 9-16, 2026. Key context for any AI assistant working on this project:

Architecture: Align360 is a Mastery OS clone (like FreedomLife OS). Will Preble manages the platform. Jason builds content, pages, and infrastructure via NowPage + Claude Code.

MVP Definition: 5 alpha users can complete Wiring for Impact assessment, enter the platform, run Phase 0 tools, and access resources. That's the minimum viable product.

Files that matter:

Align360_System_Prompt_v6.1.md = the AI's brain

Align360_Knowledge_File_Part1.md = Stacks 1-15 (active tools)

Align360_Knowledge_File_Part2.md = Stacks 16-36 (future, DO NOT activate)

Align360 Governance Document.docx = Samuel's master doc with onboarding questions

align360-design-system.html = brand tokens and design system

What NOT to do: Do not over-engineer. Do not build features for 500 users. Do not activate Phases 2-4. Do not try to replace what Mastery OS already provides. Do not create new tools beyond the 36 stacks already defined.
